Three film festivals are holding virtual events in the coming weeks: the 5Point Film Festival is October 14-18; Banff Mountain Film is October 31 through November 8; and No Man’s Land is hosting a variety of virtual events throughout October into November.
5Point announced its lineup today, October 2. The website reads, “Offering five days of 55+ short films with all-star hosts guiding your festival experience. You’ll be in for a treat with special film segments featuring filmmakers and their subjects woven throughout the programs (wink, wink.) Live Q&A to follow several programs. Programs are aired live and are roughly two hours long with an intermission.”
Banff Film Festival’s page reads: “Film programs, guest speakers and author events begin on October 31 and unique content will be released daily throughout the festival. Our Festival Pass gets you full access to over 75 films that are worked into curated film programs, author events, and guest speakers. Single screening tickets will also be available throughout the festival from October 31 through November 8.”
