Climbers Denis Urubko, Gennady Durov and Boris Dedeshko have completed a new route in alpine style on Eight Women-climbers Peak (6110m), located in the Tien Shan. Reportedly the peak has not been attempted since its first ascent, via the south ridge, in 1974. The team has given their thirty-three-pitch route the Russian grade of 6A.
